Pick Up and Drop Off

Our pick up and drop off service is designed to be straightforward, but there are a few important points worth noting to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

We ask that dogs are comfortable wearing a lead and harness and are safe to travel in a vehicle. Any behavioural concerns, medical needs, or routine requirements should be shared with us in advance so we can plan appropriately.

Access details for pick up and drop off should be confirmed ahead of time.

This includes parking restrictions, venue access, or key arrangements where applicable. Clear access helps us keep to schedule and reduces unnecessary stress for your dog.

While we build flexibility into every booking, accurate ceremony timings help us provide the best possible care. If plans change on the day, we adapt accordingly and continue supervising your dog until drop off is completed safely.
